Google search for “wedding photographer websites” pulls me up first page!! Crazy
It’s always fun watching how people find my website. I know I’ve posted about this before, but it’s just exciting to see how when someone searched the term “wedding photographer websites” on Google and got my website.
My intial thought was maybe they surfed through five or six pages of links before finding me, so I did the search myself, and crazy enough, I show up on the first page of results.
I know a lot of you guys follow this blog from a long ways away, I’m curious if Google gives people different results for this same search depending on where you live?

Sitting outside Finestra at 1 a.m. uploading weddings via their wireless… I love being a wedding photographer with no internet at home!!!
Alright… so our internet has been offline for nearly three days now this week… trust me, this isn’t a happy thing!!! This makes Tim a sad guy… especially when I’ve got several clients weddings sitting on my computer, waiting for an internet connection so I can upload and release…
So, I promised my couples their weddings would be online, so I’m pulling an all-nighter in my car on my laptop sucking free internet from Finestra, listening to the radio, catching up on emails, and getting darn sleepy!
And what’s a post without a few pictures… I’m pretty sure these pictures have been seen already, but I wanted to share anyway… so here’s a few for your scrolling enjoyment! ;-)

Sexy/Fun Trash the Dress session at Hope Ranch Beach
I was super stoked recently when my buddy Andrew VanGundy/The Wedding Photog invited me along with him for a trash the dress session with one of his recent brides. I guess she had mentioned a willingness to get wet in her dress post wedding, and AVG took her up on it! What a fun time!!

Alright, here’s your chance to direct the future of my blog.
I’m curious, with 19 pictures included here, would
Epic engagement shoot with two of the most beautiful people ever!!
We had the amazing opportunity to get to know Jennifer and David over dinner at Cold Spring Tavern before heading to Knapps Castle for their engagement pictures. We had a blast getting to know these two and had even more fun watching the sunset behind them as we photographed them playing around!

Wow…. I just updated my business plan! What an awesome reflection on my wedding photography business for the past year!
My business plan originally took me about 3-4 weeks of hard work to thoroughly research and prepare.
Today I sat down and updated my business plan, and it’s amazing what a difference time makes. My business has been “official” for one and a half years now, and even in this short period of time I’ve already been able to see some awesome changes! It’s really exciting to sit down and actually detail all of these things out and learn about yourself.
We’ve always had a great amount of direction as to what we wanted to do with the business, but now I feel like I’ve been able to really get in there and define these things with more purpose.
I hope you all are able to spend some time looking over your goals, your mission, your past and your future and really think about the who, the why and the how.
