Jason and Rashmi Adamson House Wedding Malibu – ITC

by Tim and Cheryl Halberg on September 23, 2007

We are shooting two separate weddings this weekend in the Malibu area and are already having a blast!! The day started out a bit rainy, but turned out PERFECT for Jason and Rashmi’s wedding at the Adamson House.

This was our first Hindu wedding and it was a real treat to get to see all of the different customs. Soooo fun to photograph!

My New Do

by Cheryl on September 22, 2007

This past Wednesday I visited Brooklyn at Salon Bamboo in Santa Barbara and with my husband’s encouragement I am now a red head!! It was so fun getting my hair colored and chopped off! In the past, I have put highlights in my hair, but have never gone a deep red! It’s taking some getting used to but I definitely love it! Brooklyn did an amazing job with both cut and color, check it out…

This was a pretty windy day, so my hair is a bit tossled, lol! :)

Just for my mom

by Tim and Cheryl Halberg on September 21, 2007

I shot this picture on the drive to my sister’s house yesterday. I was pulled over in the middle of the desert, and this little flower just so happened to be sitting in front of the car. I’m not a great nature photographer by any means, but my mom always LOVES my nature photography. So because she loves my photography even if others might not, this shot is just for her!

Joe and Becka’s Santa Barbara Wedding

by Tim and Cheryl Halberg on September 17, 2007

Joe and Rebecca got married this weekend at the Padaro Beach Grill!! (such a sweet location right next to the beach with some great surroundings!! – hehe even the train got a solid applause from the crowd after it passed by!!!)

We had a great time with these two!! And it was really neat to see Dabney and Kelly who are featured in my weddings section!! (be on the lookout in the not so distant future for all new pictures on our site!!!!)

Becka has the most amazing eyes!

Yikes!!! I got tagged

by Tim and Cheryl Halberg on September 17, 2007

Three times!! So I guess that means it was destined to be?

Sandra Salisbury from the Los Angeles area, Jason Groupp from NYC, and Ross Tanner from Moldova all tagged me within the last week or two in a game of blog tag. I guess the deal is, I’ve gotta give out 8 little known facts about myself and then tag 8 other bloggers to do likewise.

This should be interesting, because I think you’re supposed to share things that people don’t know about you, but seeing as I have a “fast facts” section on my site where you can click through a ton of crazy weird facts about me, some of this might be old… but here it goes:

1) I once went through one of those Costco 1 gallon tubs of real mayo in less than 2 months!!!

2) I’ve owned 10 cars, 2 motorcycles and countless bikes

3) I was born breached

4) I’ve never been to Europe, but I want to go sooooo badly!!! (Cheryl keeps telling me about Italy, and between their wine and the scenery, it doesn’t sound half bad)

5) Growing up I went to 4 different elementary schools, all in one town!! (that’s every single public elementary school in Tehachapi, and we only had one junior high and one high school)

6) I’ve been cow tipping on multiple occassions, and sadly we could NEVER find a cow!!! (we lived near some pretty sizable ranches growing up, but when we’d see cows during the day and head back to the same area, they were never there)

7) I just learned the other day that yes, it’s fun to take innocent/ignorant people snipe hunting, but it’s even more cool when your buddy actually has tags on his hunting license to hunt snipe.

8) I’m crazy self concious about my belly, and it’s about time I got rid of it!!! (I swear I’m a girl!)(dj… no comments)
